Have you ever thought about trying meat-free mince Spaghetti Bolognese? Well if you haven’t then it may be time to rustle up those ingredients and prepare to make something awesome!
If you are a meat eating person and want something meaty then you can always add soy sauce to the mince when cooked to give it that extra taste, but don’t use too much and use a mix then sample process as you go to get it just right for you.
Once you have done this you can add your Spaghetti Bolognese sauce, but feel free to add a few extra vegetables that can perfectly be blended with the sauce and go from there, but don’t be too heavy as it will drown out the other ingredients and ruin the meal; you can add some red wine if you prefer also, but again don’t be too heavy when adding.
With the Spaghetti you may want to go to the Italian shop and get some traditional Spaghetti, or you can just get some whole wheat Spaghetti as that is just as good.
As an extra tip when you boil the Spaghetti add half a teaspoon of olive oil to the water and separate the spaghetti strands so they don’t stick together.
All you need to do now is serve and enjoy.
